Contact

Email debrito@yahoo.com. Include the app version/build (Settings), device model, and a description of the issue. Screenshots can help; redact private information first. Never send Apple passwords, sign-in codes, or invitation codes.

Start a job or join one

Open Jobs and tap +. Choose Create new job or Join existing job. To invite someone, open a job and tap Invite; select your preferred sharing option or Copy. Each invitation admits one person within seven days.

Find tasks and members

Open a job to view expandable task status sections. Members and invitations apply only to that job. My Work shows your assigned tasks. Task details, conversations, evidence and history are private to its assignees and manager. Overall progress remains visible; other team tasks show anonymous status totals. Job-wide conversations and files are shared with all job members. The manager reviews submitted work in Sign-Off; History shows past decisions without reopening work.

Updates and connection

Shared data refreshes automatically while the app is active. Updates are grouped by job and task. The current beta does not send background push notifications when the app is closed. If information appears stale, check your connection and use Settings → Refresh shared jobs. If a write could not be confirmed, use Settings → Retry pending change before making another change. The app keeps one unconfirmed change at a time, including a pending file upload, rather than a general offline editing queue.

Comment or submit finished work

Open a task and tap Add comment to send an estimate, progress update or question. Tap Send comment to post it; Done only dismisses the keyboard. For finished work, open Submit completed work for sign-off, select evidence and submit. A completion note is not sent until you submit the work.

Completed jobs

To add more tasks to a completed job, its manager must reopen it. Payments is optional, manager-only tracking; it does not charge anyone.

Privacy and account controls

See the GroupSignOff privacy policy. Signing out does not delete your account. To delete your GroupSignOff account, open Settings → Delete account. Managers must transfer or explicitly delete their managed jobs first. Read the confirmation carefully and confirm with Apple. This deletes your app account and personal app content, not your Apple ID or iCloud. Shared job/task definitions and anonymous history remain. If cleanup is interrupted, reopen Delete account and retry. Signing in after deletion creates a fresh app account; ask the manager for a new invitation to rejoin a job.
